Reflecting on the overall demographics of TMS (see below) taken from the National Center for Education Statistics, the TMS STEM Program demographics mirrors the % of Asian students, overrepresents the % of both White and Multiracial students, and underrepresents the % of Black & Hispanic students. While still an incredibly diverse Program, we want to make sure our doors are open to the entire community. Specifically, we're working to increase our visibility through various communication channels and additional feeder school visits.
